Summary
A limited edition coffee from Hacienda La Esmeralda in Boquete, Panama, produced by the Peterson Family. This Geisha variety undergoes natural processing. Grown at high altitude on the edge of the Baru Volcano with volcanic soil, it offers tasting notes of blackberry, plum, grape, and jammy flavors. The Peterson Family has been tending this land since 1967 and their Geisha from the Jaramillo lot made history at the 2004 Best of Panama competition. This lot comes from the Noria section of the farm.
