Proud Mary is a specialty coffee roaster based in Portland, Oregon, roasting on N Williams Ave. They run two cafes—one in Portland's Alberta neighborhood, another in Austin, Texas—and their range spans mild everyday blends through to wild limited single-origin releases from Ethiopia, Colombia, Honduras, Panama, and beyond. Decaf included. Subscriptions are available in every tier, from gentle drinkers to rare experimental lots. Chef Heston Blumenthal called them one of the best in the world.
