A limited Geisha natural coffee from Finca Sophia in Nueva Suiza, Chiriqui, Panama. Produced by Helen Russell, Brooke McDonnell, Catherine Cadloni, and Willem Boot at one of Panama's highest elevation farms (2,175 masl). This lot, named 'La Roca' after a rock formation at the top of the farm, was harvested on March 15th, dried on raised beds, then finished in a dark room. It placed #2 in the Best of Panama competition. Flavour profile features intense florals, bergamot, black cherry, currant, and plum with a creamy mouthfeel.
