This Villa Sarchi variety, a natural mutation of Bourbon first discovered in Costa Rica in the 1950s or 1960s, is washed processed at the family's own micro-mill. It offers tasting notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and honey, and is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
