Summary
The Aguilera Brothers, a coffee-growing family from the West Valley region of Costa Rica, have been producing specialty coffee for over 20 years. Finca Licho is one of their most well-known farms, purchased in 2004, which earned 4th place in the first Costa Rican Cup of Excellence. This coffee features the San Roque variety, a mutation of Kenyan SL-28, processed using the honey method. Tasting notes include floral, vanilla, and mandarin orange. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
