Proud Mary is a specialty coffee roaster based in Portland, Oregon, roasting on N Williams Ave. They run two cafes—one in Portland's Alberta neighborhood, another in Austin, Texas—and their range spans mild everyday blends through to wild limited single-origin releases from Ethiopia, Colombia, Honduras, Panama, and beyond.
