Summary
Bolivia San Juan is a single origin coffee sourced from 33 small family farms organized around Cooperativa Agricola Cafetalera in the Caranavi region of La Paz, Bolivia. The coffee is grown at 1500 masl and is organic certified. Varieties include Typica, Caturra, and Catuai. The coffee is processed using the washed method: cherry is picked ripe, floated to sort by density, depulped, and fermented for 18-24 hours before being washed clean and sundried on raised screen beds. This limited release is currently sold out.
