A washed Caturra microlot from Finca La Naranja in the Chirinos highlands of northern Peru. Grown organically at 1,950 meters by Lorenzo Arbildo Parra and his team, it cups soft and round with red apple and peach up front, toasted walnut and mellow sweetness on the finish. Processed using the classic northern-Peru washed style: depulped, open-air fermented, washed clean, and dried.
