A rare Sydra varietal, a hybrid of Red Bourbon and Typica, processed using the Sydra Oxidized (SyOxy) method: a variation of washed processing with aerobic fermentation, 48-hour sealed tank fermentation in mucilage, then washed and dried in indirect and direct sunlight for 20 days.
