The Heirloom variety is lightly roasted and works well as both filter (V60, Aeropress, Chemex) and espresso. Tasting notes of white blossom tea, blood orange, white peach, jasmine, red cherry and caramel. Bright, clean and well-rounded cup with a delicate, tea-like character.
