The coffee is grown at 1400-1800m elevation using traditional methods on smallholder plots. Processed using the washed method, the beans are Sarchimor and Bourbon varieties. The cup profile is balanced with notes of vanilla bean, praline, and cane sugar, offering a toasted nut profile and gentle sweetness. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
