A washed single-origin coffee from Samuel Degelo's farm in Danbi Uddo, Odo Shakiso, Guji, Oromia, Ethiopia. Grown at 1,850-2,050 masl and processed at Bishan Dimo Washing Station using fully washed methods, with about 7 days of drying on raised beds. Juicy and floral, with notes of syrupy peach, lemon-lime, guava, and raspberry. Varieties include heirlooms, JARC 74110, and JARC 74112. Light roast.
