Summary
A light roasted single-origin coffee from Naga Singage mountain in the Yirgachefe region of southern Ethiopia. Produced by 500 small-scale farmers and processed at Aricha Adorsi washing station using the fully washed method, sundried on raised beds. Varieties include Kurume and Wolisho heirlooms. The cup is floral and delicate with flavors of tangerine, apricot, orange blossom, peach, honey, and candied orange.
