Summary
A natural processed Robusta coffee from Don Luis Gavidia's farm in Cascales, Sucumbios Province in the Ecuadorian Amazon rainforest. Produced from the locally developed Napopayomino variety, which produces larger beans and has won top spots in the Taza Dorada competition. This coffee placed 2nd in Ecuador's 2019 Taza Dorada Robusta competition. Tasting notes include caramel, tamarind, cacao, banana, dried berries, and jalapeño with a creamy, chardonnay-like mouthfeel. Recommended for espresso and French press brewing.
