A single-origin coffee from Finca El Dorado in Vilcabamba, Loja, Ecuador, grown at 1770m elevation. The Wush Wush variety (an Ethiopian landrace) is processed using a Double Anaerobic Washed method. The cup offers aromas of hibiscus and cherry, with a sweet and syrupy body and notes of blueberry, grapefruit and apple. Roasted light by Paradise Coffee Roasters. The farm is managed by ChocoVilcaMundo (CVM) and this coffee placed 12th in the 2024 Ecuador Taza Dorada competition.
