Borneo Sabah Arabica
Summary
A direct trade nano-lot Arabica coffee from the Sabah province on the island of Borneo, Malaysia. Grown in the highlands around Mt. Kinabalu. The coffee is pulped, fermented with water overnight, and dried on raised screens using a two-stage fermentation process developed in collaboration with the roaster. Tasting notes include aromas of cola, lime, and fresh tobacco with a heavy, sweet body revealing flavors of cherry, brown sugar, chocolate, and cinnamon. Coffee Review rated this coffee 90 points.
