Oyo Blend is a specialty coffee blend created in collaboration with OutYouth, supporting LGBTQIA+ youth in Central Texas. It combines two Ethiopian coffees: Fresh Perspective (natural processed) and Kolla Bolcha (washed). Producers include Faysel A. Yonis, Hakime Yonis, and Kolla Bolcha Cooperative. The coffee is grown at 1850–2200 MASL in the Guji and Jimma regions of Ethiopia. Flavour profile features peach cobbler, strawberry jam, and cotton candy with soft florals and a smooth finish.
