This limited collaboration coffee from Peru was selected by musician Jon Lampley for the release of his debut album 'Night Service: Live at LunÀtico'. Grown by producer Persy Puzma in the Cajamarca region at 1850 MASL, this Bourbon variety microlot was processed using the washed method with raised-bed drying. Sourced through Red Fox Coffee Merchants, it offers tasting notes of red apple, brown sugar, and orange with a round and silky mouthfeel. The coffee scored 86 on cupping and is suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
