Peru El Mirante Gesha is a single-origin washed coffee from the Cusco region of Peru, grown at 1900 MASL on Finca El Mirante, the home farm of José Prudencio Vargas, founder of Valle Inca. This Gesha variety coffee offers high clarity and florals with tasting notes of date, orange blossom, sweet lemon, and caramel. The coffee is moderately roasted (Agtron #127) and suitable for both filter and espresso preparations. It has a cup score of 88 and is processed using the washed method with raised-bed drying.
