Summary

A single-origin instant coffee from the Congolón region in Lempira, Honduras. Grown at 1850 MASL, this washed-process coffee features Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varieties. Tasting notes include yellow pear, brown sugar, almond, milk chocolate, dried apricot, and citrus acidity with honeyed sweetness. Produced in partnership with local producers including Paula, Alejandro Aguilar, Leonidas Perez, and Bartolo Sanchez. Raised-bed dried and roasted on a Diedrich CR-35. Low caffeine content with less than 25mg per 12oz cup. Available as a pack of six pre-portioned bags of soluble instant coffee.
