Summary
A washed Gesha coffee from Benjamin Paz's La Salsa farm in Santa Barbara, Honduras. Grown at 1700 MASL, this anaerobic washed microlot was processed with a 36-hour limited oxygen fermentation followed by depulp and channel washing, then dried on raised beds for approximately 20 days. The cup profile features notes of orange creamsicle, jasmine, raw sugar, and green mango, with a fruit-forward fermentation character. Cup score of 88. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
