Single-origin coffee from Finca El Mirante, the home farm of José Prudencio Vargas, founder of Valle Inca, located in the Yanatile Valley of southern Peru's Cusco region. Grown at 1900 MASL, this Gesha variety undergoes washed processing and is dried on raised beds. The coffee presents tasting notes of date, orange blossom, sweet lemon, and caramel, with high clarity and florals. It has a moderate roast level (Agtron #127, classified as medium) and is suitable for both filter and espresso preparation. Cup score of 88.
