A single-origin coffee from Julio Quiceno's farm in Santa Rosa de Cabal, Risaralda, Colombia, grown at 1,600 metres. The Caturra variety is processed using UBA's Culturing method, a controlled fermentation with selected microorganisms and natural fruit compounds (pineapple, watermelon, sugarcane), then sun-dried over 7–14 days.
