Mexico La Yerba is a light-bodied single-origin coffee from the Nayarit region of Mexico, produced by Grupo Terruno Nayarita. Grown at 1,020 metres above sea level on smallholder farms, this natural-processed coffee features varieties Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Mundo Novo. The cup is sweet and playful with notes of cherry, caramel, orange, and brown sugar, with bright acidity and a fruity funk. Recommended for pour-over, V60, or Aeropress.
