A house blend from North Star Coffee Roasters composed of 40% Brazil Montanari (Pulped Natural, Red Catuaí from Patrocinio, Minas Gerais), 40% El Salvador Chelazos (Washed, Bourbon and Pacas from Chalatenango), and 20% Mexico Mazateca (Washed, Typica, Mundo Novo, Bourbon from Sierra Mazateca, Oaxaca). Medium roasted and suited for espresso, French press, and stove top. Flavour notes include milk chocolate, hazelnut, and orange. Sweet and smooth with a creamy body, designed to be enjoyed with or without milk.
