Summary

This honey-processed coffee comes from the Ijabo Producer Group, 20 young Rwandan farmers in the Nyamasheke District of Western Rwanda. Grown at 2,200 metres above sea level, this Red Bourbon varietal underwent honey processing. The flavour profile features candied peel, pear drops, and medjool date. This lot is from the group's second harvest, part of a project providing land, seedlings, and training to establish careers in coffee production.
