Summary

This is an archival release from Passenger, featuring a field blend of gesha and an Ethiopian landrace variety from the Santa Teresa project in Costa Rica's Tarrazu region, produced by Roger Urena and his son Jose on the San Pablo plot. The coffee is processed as a yellow honey, with about 75% of mucilage removed before drying. It offers layered aromatics of violet, fresh apricot, and raw honey, with a creamy mouthfeel and flavors of honeysuckle, vanilla, and white peach.
