Guatemala Finca Pampojilá
Summary
A Guatemalan coffee from the Atitlán region, grown on the 185-hectare Finca Pampojilá estate at 1550 meters above sea level. The rare Ruiru-11 variety is hand-picked at peak ripeness and processed using an anaerobic natural method, enhancing sweetness, body, and aromatic complexity. The cup is characterized by vibrant acidity, creamy mouthfeel, and layered notes of ripe berries, tropical fruits, red wine, dark chocolate, and delicate floral hints, resulting in a rich, juicy, and highly complex coffee with a long, elegant finish.
