Summary
A decaffeinated single-origin coffee from Ethiopia's Guji region in Sidamo. Produced by the Bette Buna family business from smallholder farmers in the Taferi Kela village area at 1900-2200m altitude. It is processed using the red honey method followed by CO2 decaffeination, preserving the classic Ethiopian floral and fruity profile. The cup offers black tea, orange, creamy caramel, apricot iced tea and jasmine notes. Heirloom varieties. Light roast, recommended for espresso.
