Summary

A washed Kenyan coffee from the Kianyangi Coffee Factory in the Embu region, bordering the foothills of Mt Kenya. Grown on red volcanic soil at 1300-1900m, this blend of SL28, SL34, Batian and Ruiru 11 varieties is processed at the central washing station, fermented overnight, and dried on raised beds for 7-15 days. Expect a bright, acidic cup with blackcurrant, sweet lemon drops and rhubarb notes.
