Ethiopia Sidama Yaye G1 - Special Prep
Summary
This single-origin coffee from Ethiopia's Sidama region is produced by Yaye Washing Station as part of the Odakko Project, a collaboration with Testi Coffee and Cafe Imports. Grown by 50 smallholder farmers at 2150-2300 MASL, the 74158 variety is processed naturally with meticulous care, including hand-sorting and extended 28-day drying. The cup offers floral notes, bergamot, red fruit, and blackberry, with a gentle sugary sweetness. The project supports community initiatives in the region.
