A single-origin filter coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, produced at the Danche washing station. Handpicked ripe cherries undergo a 48-hour fermentation, then are de-pulped and dried on raised African beds for 14-18 days, retaining mucilage for a red honey process. Varieties include Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho. Grown at 1950-2200 meters above sea level. Cup profile features floral aromatics, apricot sweetness, black tea elegance, and a bright citrus lift.
