A single-origin coffee from Finca Voller, a 10-hectare farm in San Antonio de Chinizo, Pozuzo district, Pasco region, Peru, produced by Gregorio Espinoza. The coffee is grown at 1750 MASL and consists of Typica and Caturra varieties. It undergoes an anaerobic washed process: selective harvesting at 23° Brix, 36-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed GrainPro bags, followed by pulping, 36-hour tank fermentation, 15-20 days solar drying, and 30 days resting. Cupping notes include dried fruits, creamy, and spiced flavours with a cup score of 86.5.
