Loma La Gloria - Unicorn is a naturally processed Red Bourbon coffee from Anny Ruth Pimental's farm in El Salvador, located within the El Boquerón crater of the San Salvador volcano at 1,200–1,750 MASL. The farm is known for its beautiful honey and natural processes. This coffee features flavour notes of plum, dried apricot, peach green tea, and date-caramel sweetness with a lush, velvety body. Suitable for both pourover (1:16 ratio) and espresso (1:2.1 ratio). This is the seventh and final year this coffee has been offered.
