Timanà
Summary
Timanà is a Colombian specialty coffee from the Huila region, grown by 15 associations of producers on volcanic soils at 1800-2100m altitude. The coffee is made from Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, processed using traditional washed fermentation with patio drying. It offers a fruity aromatic profile with tasting notes of milk chocolate, grapefruit, and mirabelle plum. The coffee is light-bodied with delicate aromatic richness and is certified organic (AB). L'Arbre à Café sources it through direct producer relationships.
