A washed Pacamara variety from Finca Las Mercedes, a family-owned and women-led farm in Cerro El Tigre, El Salvador, run by producer Lucia Ortiz. This coffee features a medium roast with a sparkling clean cup and notes of lemongrass, cocoa powder, and brown sugar. The Pacamara variety is a hybrid of Pacas and Maragogipe. The coffee was awarded 1st Place in the 2019 Tecapa Chinameca competition for Pacamara Washed and received 92 points from Coffee Review in 2008.
