The Icatu varietal, a Brazilian hybrid of Mundo Novo and Caturra, is grown under natural shade in red clay soil. Honey processed, with a medium-light roast. The cup is bright and juicy with notes of lemon verbena, sweet tangerine and a deep dark honey finish, plus a lingering sweet aftertaste.
