El Salvador Jasal Orange Geisha Anaerobic Natural from Finca San Francisco, farmed by Andres Salaverria of the Salaverria family in the Apaneca Ilamatepec region of El Salvador. This rare Orange Geisha variety (a natural cross between Geisha and Orange Bourbon) is processed using anaerobic natural method: selectively picked cherries are fermented in sealed tanks for 140 hours, then dried on African raised beds. Medium-light roast suitable for both filter and espresso. Flavor notes include pineapple, cherry, and apricot with a bright yet composed acidity and velvety mouthfeel.
