Single origin coffee from producer Sebastian Gomez in the Quindio region of Colombia. The coffee is of the Chiroso variety, a cultivar with Ethiopian origins known for floral and intense fruit flavours. It undergoes a washed process with extended fermentation: 24 hours open-air fermentation followed by 50 hours in sealed containers under temperature control, then pulped, washed, and dried on African raised beds. The cup profile delivers notes of grapefruit, lime, and floral. This is Kiss the Hippo's carbon negative certified coffee.
