Summary

This single-origin coffee comes from Felipe Arcila, a fourth-generation coffee grower and co-founder of Cofinet, at the Jardines del Edén farm in Quindío, Colombia. The Red Gesha variety was processed using carbonic maceration, a technique borrowed from winemaking where whole coffee cherries are fermented in an airtight CO₂ environment. The result is an extraordinarily sweet and layered coffee with vibrant tasting notes of strawberry, orange, and rose.
