A rare Pink Gesha coffee from the Jardines Del Eden farm in Quindio, Colombia, produced by Felipe Arcila. This coffee is a natural mutation of traditional Red Gesha, with only 900 trees cultivated and just 24kg harvested per season. Processed using EF2 (Extended Natural Fermentation) method. Flavour profile includes raspberry, nectarine, and jasmine, offering floral and delicate tea-like characteristics balanced with ripe stone fruit sweetness. Harvested November 2023. A UK and Europe exclusive lot.
