A single-origin coffee from Finca Inmaculada in Pichindé, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, produced by the Holguin Family. Featuring the rare Eugenioides variety, processed using the anaerobic natural method. Grown at 1900-2000 masl, it offers tasting notes of marshmallow, papaya, and guava with an ultra-soft body, complex sweetness, and virtually no bitterness. One of the rarest and most celebrated coffees in the world with incredibly low caffeine.
