Grown at 1,700-1,900 masl using Caturra and Typica varieties. The coffee undergoes an anaerobic natural process with a 40-hour anaerobic fermentation, resulting in dark fruit and floral flavours. Tasting notes include plum, blackcurrant, and violets, reminiscent of red wine. The coffee is organic certified and grown under shade canopy.
