Single origin coffee from the Nariño region of Colombia, produced by Emerson Felipe Narváez Díaz at El Turpial. Grown at an extreme altitude of 2,700 meters above sea level. The coffee is a unique hybrid variety originating from traditional Caturra rootstock with Gesha grafted onto it. Processed using the traditional washed method with sun-drying on raised beds after an initial 72-hour fermentation. Offers a vibrant flavour profile with notes of raspberry, lime, and toffee.
