Colombia, Bella Vista Maragogype
Summary
Colombia Bella Vista Maragogype is a single-origin coffee from Finca Bella Vista in Páez, Cauca, Colombia, produced by Arcesio Oino Pancho and Yina Cuchumbe. Grown at 1,950 metres above sea level, this coffee features the rare Maragogype variety, a mutation of Typica first identified in 1870. The coffee undergoes traditional washed processing with fermentation, then slowly dried on raised mesh beds. It offers tasting notes of membrillo (quince), zesty lime, and beautiful floral aromatics with a juicy finish and lingering sweetness.
