Coffeelipe. Café De Colombia (anaerobic, Natural)
Summary
Coffeelipe is a Colombian coffee produced by Juan Felipe Restrepo in the Huila region, grown at 1600 meters above sea level. The Laurina variety, a natural mutation of Arabica with low caffeine content, undergoes a natural anaerobic process: selected overripe cherries are fermented for 48 hours without water, then sun-dried on patios for 20-30 days. The cup is delicate and sophisticated, with notes of watermelon, banana, citrus, and floral, offering a unique sensory experience.
