Kaffeelix is the St. Pölten specialty coffee roastery of Felix Teiretzbacher—World Coffee Roasting Champion 2022, no big deal. Since 2012, they've been doing light roasts with clean cup profiles, letting the bean's origin and natural character take center stage instead of the roast. Their lineup runs from fruity single origins like Äthiopien Guji Megadu (notes of peach and watermelon) to more experimental anaerobic naturals and honey-process lots, plus a Swiss Water decaf for good measure. Small operation, big ambition. Grab beans at their roastery on Fridays or find them pouring at the Domplatz market in St. Pölten, where they also serve coffee.
