Honduras El Guaco
Summary
This coffee comes from El Guaco, one of Arturo Paz's six farms in Santa Barbara, Honduras. Arturo, an agronomist and skilled cupper, is part of the San Vicente family that pioneered microlot separation. The farm is named after his childhood horse. He is dedicated to conservation and only grows varieties he loves. The coffee is washed and offers a full-bodied, balanced cup with notes of stone fruit, dark chocolate, and garden berries.
