This coffee comes from the El Guaco farm in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras, produced by Arturo Angel Paz. The Pacas variety is wet processed (washed), resulting in a full-bodied and balanced cup with notes of stone fruit, dark chocolate, and garden berries. Arturo, an agronomist and experienced cupper, has his own processing station on the farm, giving him full control over quality. The farm is named after his childhood horse and is managed with a focus on biodiversity conservation.
