Summary

Old School Blend 007 is a blend of 100% Arabica specialty coffee from Brazil (Cerrado region) and India (Monsoon Malabar region). The blend uses SL 28, Catimor, and Costa Rica varieties. It is washed processed and grown at 1100-1350 meters above sea level. The flavour profile features damson plum, walnut, and roasted almonds, offering a full body, low acidity, natural sweetness, and a subtle bitterness. Designed for espresso, it performs excellently both as a straight espresso and in milk-based coffee drinks.
